Salt Lake City Intermodal Hub

Summary: The SLC Intermodal Hub project consisted of the modification and full restoration of two historical buildings, new parking lot and renovation of 600 West Street. The project was designed and constructed for a future Trax Station, Bus lines, Frontrunner transit and a parking structure. The facility also includes a maintenance area and bush wash bay. The project received a Silver level LEED accreditation.


NPT Maintenance Shop

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Project Owner / Client: North Park Transportation

Architect: Scott P. Evans Architect

Summary: This new 2,600 SF construction project included a Varco-Pruden®, pre-engineered building for a truck maintenance shop. The project scope included concrete slabs and foundations, truck maintenance systems, exhaust fans, mechanical and electrical systems and a grease separator.


Salt Creek Manufacturing Facility

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Project Owner / Client: Salt Creek Manufacturing

Architect: Kendall Springer Architect

Summary: This new design-build project included a boat maintenance facility and a processing plant for brine shrimp products. The Exterior of the facility utilized CMU and cast-in-place concrete.  The entire 46,000 SF project used pre-engineered Varco-Pruden® structural steel and incorporated a drive-in processing freezer.
