Sunrise Apartments

Summary: This design-build 4-story, 80,000 SF, 100 unit apartment building included individual apartments, clinic, housing department offices, large sub dividable multi-purpose room with kitchen, common areas, and an outside courtyard. The building will serve as a permanent housing facility for transient placement.
Davis County Coalition against Violence Shelter
Location: Kaysville, Utah

Summary: Ascent was the general contractor for the construction of this 2-story Domestic Violence Shelter which includes 24 apartment units, a playground and administrative areas. The construction on the project was completed on time and on budget.
East Point Lane Condominiums

Summary: Construction of a new 80,000 SF, 3-story, 46-unit luxury condominium project located in the foothills of Salt Lake City. Condominium units consist of 2 to 4 bedroom units with high-end finishes. Also included in the project are common areas and underground parking. The project is located near Sugarhouse Park and the University of Utah.
