Summary: This project included construction of the new 27,000 SF masonry and steel facility that houses a Women, Infants and Children (WIC) supplemental nutrition program, immunizations, women’s health care, including prenatal and postpartum care, family planning services, cancer screening programs, pediatric medical clinic, Medicaid eligibility office and a lending library. The exterior masonry design of the building with its curved roof system is innovative and presents a fun and comfortable setting for visitors and staff. The building was built to LEED certification standards and received distinguished building awards in 2007 from the Utah Masonry Council (Excellence in Design) and Intermountain Contractor (Merit Award).

Summary: This project involved the construction of a new 29,000 SF, 2-story addition including a basement, to the existing Tooele County Health Department building. Construction took place with the existing facility occupied, allowing the client to continue operations. The renovation and addition created additional classrooms, offices, labs, exam rooms, a new dental clinic and new Department of Operations Center.

Summary: Ascent performed this project which consisted of an 80,000 SF three-story addition to the existing Tanner Clinic. The addition and renovation included administration offices, X-Ray, Sleep Laboratory, clinical offices and an Imaging Center. Work scope elements included MEP/HVAC rough utilities upgrade, site work, parking, drywall, communication and emergency systems, steel work exterior glasswork and an entrance vestibule.

Summary: Ascent renovated a 4,000 SF, 5-bedroom space inside the existing Pioneer Valley Hospital. The project included medical gas, nurse stations, toilet/shower rooms and updates to all finishes and amenities.

Summary: Ascent renovated an 8,000 SF, 10-room rehabilitation facility inside the Pioneer Valley Hospital. Included was a negative pressure room, toilet/shower rooms and nurses stations. All rooms were provided with updated finishes, flooring and modified floor plan.

Summary: Ascent was the general contractor for the completion of a new 7,320 SF extended- stay residential facility for teens. The facility includes bedrooms, showers, toilet rooms, two kitchens, two day rooms and administration areas. This project was completed in less than six months.

Summary: This project was for the full construction of an 18,300 SF dental offices building that included 3 separate tenant offices. Construction included facility shell, examination areas, waiting rooms, shielded X-ray rooms and individual physician offices.

Summary: This 11,925 SF warehouse was constructed using a Varco-Pruden®, pre-engineered metal structure. The project included all site work, utility setup, concrete pad and paving, overhead doors and dock and associated interior finishes and safety striping. The structure contains office space as well as storage for the Utah State Hospital.
