Summary: The renovation of the Stewart Library involved demolition of the existing main entrance to the library, constructing a new entry and entry security system. Interior renovations included a new 3-story entry, glass and metal way-finding stair, relocation of circulation desk, new interior finishes and some site modifications and upgrades to fire sprinkler system.

Summary: As the General Contractor Ascent performed the remodel of the existing machine shop, storage areas and provided the addition of a new classroom. The project also included an IBC upgrade to the gymnasium, addition of an ADA ramp and accessible doors.

Summary: As the general Contractor, Ascent provided improvements to the Con Amore School 15,744 SF addition. This addition consisted of classrooms, a special needs area, custodial rooms, multipurpose room with athletic flooring, faculty break room, restrooms and a mezzanine mechanical room. The project also includes upgrades and some re-configuration of 5,685 SF of the existing facility. All improvements used structural steel and masonry materials.
