Summary: Ascent constructed the 19,300 SF retail center located in the new Riverton Crossing Development at 12500 South and Bangerter Highway. The facility consists of a wood-framed structure with interior drywall, paint and floor finishes. The exterior consists of an EIFS, stucco and stone veneer.

Summary: During the past nine years Ascent Construction has provide extensive construction support to L3 Communications including; 300,000 SF of new construction, remodels and specialty, highly-secure projects. These projects have included support and testing rooms, office and administrative spaces, work rooms and restrooms. Many of the projects completed by Ascent were one-of-a-kind and required high-level security access.

Summary: This new 5,000 SF, credit union included an exterior stucco and stone veneer, administrative offices, teller stations, security holding areas, security systems and security glass. The facility also includes drive through service terminals and an ATM. The site included paving, striping and full landscaping.

Summary: Ascent constructed the 2-story, 7,000 SF showroom addition and expansion to the existing single story structure. The project included a radius showroom and mezzanine that connected to the existing 2-story office area. New landscaping, drive approaches, customer entrance, canopy and exterior vehicle display areas were included in the project.

Summary: This project involved collaboration with the project architect, Scott P. Evans and Contempo representatives to incorporate Ascents high-quality construction mentality as a critical component. The $600,000 facility renovation spans 130,000 SF and provided Contempo with a 10,000 SF showroom, 60,000 SF marble and granite slab display area and a 60,000 SF warehouse for storing ceramic and stone tile products.

Summary: This project included a complete remodel of an existing building with a new addition, landscaping and site work. The building was wood-framed, with a stucco exterior and enclosed by a metal roof. The interior included a new commercial kitchen, millwork, open structure ceiling and dining area.
