Riverton Crossing Retail Center
Location: Riverton, Utah
Project Owner / Client: Ramin Rasul
Architect: Carpenter Stringham
Summary: Ascent constructed the 19,300 SF retail center located in the new Riverton Crossing Development at 12500 South and Bangerter Highway. The facility consists of a wood-framed structure with interior drywall, paint and floor finishes. The exterior consists of an EIFS, stucco and stone veneer.
L3 Communications
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Summary: During the past nine years Ascent Construction has provide extensive construction support to L3 Communications including; 300,000 SF of new construction, remodels and specialty, highly-secure projects. These projects have included support and testing rooms, office and administrative spaces, work rooms and restrooms. Many of the projects completed by Ascent were one-of-a-kind and required high-level security access.
University of Utah Credit Union
Location: Riverton, Utah
Project Owner / Client: University of Utah Credit Union
Architect: Nichols Naylor Architects
Summary: This new 5,000 SF, credit union included an exterior stucco and stone veneer, administrative offices, teller stations, security holding areas, security systems and security glass. The facility also includes drive through service terminals and an ATM. The site included paving, striping and full landscaping.
American Fork Retail Center
Location: American Fork, Utah
Project Owner / Client: Chasebrook Company
Architect: Agora Architecture
Summary: This project included the construction of a new 9,000 SF retail shell around an existing building. The Exterior design consisted of a metal stud structure, E.I.F.S., aluminum storefront, metal trim stucco, architectural trim and canopies.
Fabulous Freddy's Car Wash - Bluff Street
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Summary: This project consisted of the construction of two new car wash facilities and the renovation of a third car wash that was damaged in a fire. Facilities included state-of-the-art car wash machines and retail amenities.
Fabulous Freddy's Car Wash and Retail Center - Craig & Valley
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Summary: This new car wash facility involved installation of state-of-the-art car wash equipment, gas pumps, service lube and a convenience store that included a new "It's a Grind" and "Wings-to-Go".
Scrubb\'s Car Wash

Summary: Ascent was the general contractor who built this new 6,000 SF car wash facility. This facility included state-of-the-art car wash equipment, detail shop and retail customer waiting area.
Main and Center Office Building
Location: Centerville, Utah
Project Owner / Client: Main and Center, LLC

Summary: The scope of this project included the construction of a new 16,000 SF, 2-story, wood frame, brick veneer office building. The construction consisted of all site work, utilities, interior and exterior finishes, MEP/HVAC, fire alarms, tile floors, bathrooms and parking spaces located behind the building.
Young Chevrolet Showroom Addition
Location: Layton, Utah

Summary: Ascent constructed the 2-story, 7,000 SF showroom addition and expansion to the existing single story structure. The project included a radius showroom and mezzanine that connected to the existing 2-story office area. New landscaping, drive approaches, customer entrance, canopy and exterior vehicle display areas were included in the project.
Bountiful Mazda
Location: Bountiful, Utah

Summary: This 2,900 SF mezzanine expansion included a large conference, training room, additional upper level break room, restroom, two large office suites and additional file storage. The remaining space is used to store small auto parts.
Contempo Tile
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Project Owner / Client: Contempo Tile

Summary: This project involved collaboration with the project architect, Scott P. Evans and Contempo representatives to incorporate Ascents high-quality construction mentality as a critical component. The $600,000 facility renovation spans 130,000 SF and provided Contempo with a 10,000 SF showroom, 60,000 SF marble and granite slab display area and a 60,000 SF warehouse for storing ceramic and stone tile products.
Fazoli\'s Restaurants
Location: South Jordan & Tooele, Utah

Summary: Ascent was the general contractor for the construction of two Fazoli’s restaurants built one year apart. The buildings were each 3,600 SF, wood framed with a stucco exterior. The scope of work included a full commercial kitchen, millwork and dining area.
Mad Greek Restaurant
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Summary: This project included a complete remodel of an existing building with a new addition, landscaping and site work. The building was wood-framed, with a stucco exterior and enclosed by a metal roof. The interior included a new commercial kitchen, millwork, open structure ceiling and dining area.
