Connected to the Utah Cultural Celebration Center, this development will include an Asian market, Hispanic market, various ethnic shops, businesses and restaurants. The Jordan River Marketplace LLC is working with NAI Utah\'s Retail Investment Specialist, Tracy Doong, to find the tenants for this development. Tenants can lease space or buy the pad and building. Ascent Construction will perform the construction for the development.
