As the gateway to West Valley City, this development of 15 acres on the north side of 33rd South just west of 1200 West will feature a unique international marketplace and represent the wonderful cultural diversity of West Valley City, the second largest city in the state. Connected to the Utah Cultural Celebration Center, this development will include an Asian market, Hispanic market, various ethnic shops, businesses and restaurants. The Jordan River Marketplace LLC is working with NAI Utah\'s Retail Investment Specialist, Tracy Doong, to find the tenants for this development. Tenants can lease space or buy the pad and building. Ascent Construction will perform the construction for the development. This is a perfect location for this development that is expected to be completed in the next 3-5 years with construction starting as early as summer 2011.
